Return and Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Spearguns and Knives

Spearguns and knives manufactured to a customer's individual specifications are custom-made products.

Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged due to a change of mind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This restriction does not affect mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or nonconforming products.

2. Standard Products — Returns

For standard, non-customized products, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, or any longer period required by applicable consumer law.

To initiate a return, email info@joints-spearfishing.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Returned products should be complete, with all supplied accessories. Customers may inspect products as reasonably necessary. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply for diminished value resulting from excessive handling.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, customers must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of their decision to withdraw, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping, where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase.

Products must be returned to the authorized fulfillment or return center designated by JOINTS Spearfishing. This will normally be the fulfillment center that originally shipped the order.

Return destinations may be located in China, Italy, French Polynesia or another country. International return shipping costs may be significant.

Customers must contact us before sending a return to receive the correct address and instructions.

For defective, incorrect or nonconforming products, JOINTS Spearfishing will bear the costs required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where legally required, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs for premium delivery methods may be excluded where permitted.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted.

Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

5. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@joints-spearfishing.com with your order number and details of the problem.

We will assess the claim and provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer guarantees.

6. Custom Speargun Warranty

JOINTS Spearfishing offers a three-year limited commercial warranty on custom-made spearguns against delamination and warpage under normal use, subject to the conditions of our separate warranty policy.

This warranty is additional to any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

7. Delivery Delays

Production and delivery estimates may vary. Customers retain any cancellation, refund or other rights available under applicable law in the event of delays.
